A GP is your go-to doctor for any health query or issue. Within Health Assist your GP will be the first person you meet, and then the person who will guide you through any health issue that you face. Your GP will conduct your primary health assessment and then partner with you to work out a health plan. Your GP will coordinate with the other members of the core care team – our physiotherapists, our psychologists and nutritionists to ensure that no aspect of your wellbeing is ignored. If there is a health issue the GP will connect you to specialists and make sure that you get coordinated timely care.

Your health profile is a summary of your health history – from immunizations, you have received to any illnesses or surgeries that you have gone through. It is also a place where all your investigations will be collated. This record is yours to keep among your important documents, and to carry to any medical appointment. This will ensure that no information is forgotten or overlooked in the haste and anxiety of a typical doctor’s visit.

Your health plan includes your current health issues and a risk assessment of your developing lifestyle-related diseases. Your GP will list out the areas of your health that require attention. You will work out which of these areas you want to focus on – and together with your core care team, you will build small time-limited targets and goals with you. Just like that, you will be off on your health journey.

The health plan will also have a record of the targets you have met! It will continuously be updated, and will reflect your upcoming appointments and completed appointments.

User confidentiality is one of our cornerstones. No information will be shared forward without your explicit consent – not even to a health professional. Your employer will not see any individual information from your profile or health plan. We will make only aggregated information available to your employer.

You can call our helpline number to request an appointment with a specialist. The operator will raise the request with your GP who will send you a link through which you can book the appointment. Your GP may call you back to understand your health issue and communicate this better to the specialist ahead of your appointment. If required – 3 way.

The primary health review with your GP, your health profile and your health plan are available to you free of cost once your organization is registered with us. Based on the package your employer has purchased, a certain number of free consultations with the GP may be included. Lab tests, medicines and specialist appointments will be available at market rates. Your GP will continue integrating inputs from any specialist appointments that you attend into your health plan free of cost.

80% of health issues can be resolved by a video consultation followed up by appropriate diagnostic tests. If your doctor feels that an in-person examination is required, you will be directed to seek one.

A few urgent appointment slots are available daily with your GP. Since these are limited, your call will be triaged at the call cengtre. We will try to accommodate your urgent request within a working day. In case we feel the person assessment is required we will direct you to an appropriate clinic or ER.

The app is the only way we offer for you to register on our system. It is designed to make your life easier! It will give you a seamless interface for telemedicine consults with core care team, specialists and to order investigations and medicines. Your prescriptions, health plan and health profile will be available to download from the app. You will soon be able to track your health parameters and targets on the app. You will have the option of receiving customized reminders and alerts to stay on track with appointments and your health goals.
